What the extension helps you do Extract questions from live application pages When you are on an application page, guidelines page, or other browser-viewable grant content, the extension can send that page to PrismGM. PrismGM identifies questions, fields, instructions, and other application details, then turns them into a structured grant in your workspace. Continue across multi-page portals For multi-step applications, the extension can help keep the same grant in context as you move through the portal, so you can keep building the application record page by page. Match form fields to the right answers On an online form, the extension analyzes field labels, types, placeholders, and nearby context to match the page to the right grant and connect form fields to saved answers in PrismGM. This includes common composite fields like addresses and contact details. Fill forms your way Use guided fill to move through a form field by field, or use auto-fill to apply what PrismGM can in one pass. The extension can fill from both your nonprofit profile and your saved grant answers, including organization details, contacts, addresses, and narrative responses. Fill one field at a time when you need control If you do not want to run a full-page fill, you can target individual fields and choose the best answer for that specific question. Match documents to upload fields For file upload fields, the extension can suggest matching documents from PrismGM. On supported upload controls, it can upload automatically. When a portal does not support direct upload, it can still help you open the right file for manual upload. Privacy and security The extension connects only to PrismGM services. It reads the current page’s content, fields, or upload targets when you use Prism workflows on that page, and it may prepare matches in the background after you select a grant so filling is faster. It does not crawl unrelated pages or collect data while idle. Access follows your PrismGM permissions and PrismGM’s privacy and security practices. Summary PrismGM is your grants general manager.
