The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About PopTab

PopTab was created because my pinned tabs kept disappearing and I needed a quick and easy way to restore them as pinned tabs. Save tabs groups and restore them at a later time in the same order or as pinned tabs.
