Poksey

Stop losing time in the cracks between meetings. Poksey finds the free gaps between your Google Calendar meetings and fills them with tasks that fit. A 15-minute gap gets a 15-minute task, not a 1-hour one. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Google Calendar in Day or Week view. Poksey reads your meetings right from the page. 2. Add your tasks and pick how long each one takes: 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. 3. Poksey sorts them into your gaps automatically. The most urgent tasks go first, each into the earliest gap with enough room. No Google sign-in. No account needed to start. Your calendar and tasks stay in your browser.
