About Pibble Presents

Pibble Presents keeps your Google Slides deck aligned with who’s actually in the room. If you run recurring presentations—standups, class sections, all-hands segments, or any “one slide per person” lineup—you’ve probably had to hide or skip slides when someone’s out. This extension does that for you using a Google Sheet you already use for attendance. Why use it Set attendance once in your spreadsheet. The extension updates which slides are skipped in the presentation so presenters and viewers don’t sit through empty slots. When someone is marked present again, their slide can be un-skipped automatically—no more hunting through the deck before every session. How it works In the extension settings, connect your attendance sheet (names plus a status column). In speaker notes for each slide, use the same name as in your sheet—the extension matches on that text. Open your deck in Google Slides and run the extension to apply changes: slides for speakers marked absent are skipped during presentation; everyone else stays in the flow. Best for Teams and educators who reuse the same slide order, keep a live attendance or RSVP list in Google Sheets, and want Google Slides to reflect it without manual slide-by-slide cleanup. Privacy & permissions Sign in with Google is required so the extension can read your configured sheet and update skip state on the presentation you’re working on. It runs in the context of Google Slides and the resources you authorize.
