Requested image files are downloaded from Facebook-hosted sources through Chrome's download system; they are not uploaded to or processed by the extension service. To find additional album photos and original image sources, the extension may temporarily use Facebook request information from the active tab. This per-tab context is bounded, stored in browser session storage when available and removed when the tab closes.
