Enter your target amount in mg or mcg. 2. Enter the total peptide strength shown on the vial in mg. 3. Enter the final solution volume in mL. 4. Select the markings and capacity of your syringe. 5. Review the calculated concentration, liquid volume and syringe-scale equivalent. For example, when you enter a vial strength, final solution volume and target amount, PeptideMetrix calculates the resulting concentration and determines the corresponding liquid volume. If you select a syringe scale, it also converts that volume to the appropriate scale equivalent. SUPPORTED SYRINGE SCALES Peptide Metrix supports U-100, U-40, U-500 and mL-based syringe measurements. Always match the selected scale and capacity with the markings printed on your actual syringe. CLEAR CALCULATION RESULTS The extension helps you understand where each result comes from. It calculates concentration, liquid volume for the amount you enter, and the corresponding syringe-scale equivalent based on your selected syringe settings. Can I enter peptide amounts in mg or mcg? Yes. Peptide Metrix supports both milligrams (mg) and micrograms (mcg) and converts between them during the calculation. Can it calculate U-100 syringe units? Yes. Select U-100 when your syringe is marked on a U-100 scale. The extension also supports U-40, U-500 and mL-based measurements. Does Peptide Metrix recommend a peptide dose? No. Peptide Metrix does not choose, prescribe or recommend a dose. You provide the amount, vial strength, solution volume and syringe information. The extension performs the mathematical conversion. Does the extension work offline? Yes. The Chrome extension performs its arithmetic locally using the code packaged with the extension.
