PDF STUDIO

PDF STUDIO is a Chrome workspace for opening PDFs, making supported edits and exporting separate files. PDF processing and Korean/English OCR run on your device. Document contents are not sent to the account server. Features • Replace a supported line of PDF body text, with undo and redo • Add and manage notes, highlights, underlines, strikeouts and handwritten signatures • Reorder, delete and rotate pages, extract selected pages and merge PDFs • Export PDF text to Word documents or estimated Excel cells • Export PDF pages as PowerPoint image slides or a ZIP of PNG images • Create a PDF from PNG and JPEG images • Recognize Korean or English text on the current page; review, edit, copy or save the OCR result as TXT • Search extracted text, save a compressed copy or save a password-protected PDF copy • Korean and English interface with usage guidance Free allowance and sign-in Google sign-in is required for editing and account-based usage limits. Each account receives 5 free document jobs per day. One job is charged when an edited document is first saved or exported; opening a file or signing in does not use a job. Saving the same job again on the same day does not use an additional job. The account time zone is registered from the first sign-in device and then remains fixed. The allowance resets at midnight in that time zone. Signing in with the same Google account after reinstalling preserves that day's recorded usage. Supported scope and limits General PDF input is limited to 20 MB and 200 pages. Office and image exports support up to 30 pages per operation. Modified PDF output is limited to 20 MB. Body text editing replaces one supported line using a substitute font and black text. Editing is restricted on some pages containing forms, links, annotations or rotation. Word exports extracted text, Excel estimates cells from text positions, and PowerPoint uses page images. Full reconstruction of the original layout, images, tables or formulas is not supported. OCR results can be copied or saved as TXT; automatic OCR-to-Word/Excel conversion and searchable PDF generation are not supported. Opening encrypted PDFs, filling forms and certificate-based digital signatures are not supported. Handwritten signatures are PDF annotations, not certificate signatures. Compression does not guarantee a smaller file. Your original file is not overwritten. Results are downloaded as separate files.
