PDF'ce: PDF tools

Bring everyday document tasks together in one place and do all of them inside your browser, on your own computer. Files are never uploaded; there is no account, no ads and no tracking. It even works offline. DOCUMENT TOOLS • Merge files and images in any order with live previews. • Split, extract, reorder and rotate pages on a drag-and-drop board with a result preview. • Compress by choosing between quality and size, or use "Target size" to get under a given number of MB. • Clean up scans: remove blank pages automatically; convert to greyscale or black and white. • Convert Word and Excel files to PDF, PDF to Word or images, and images to documents. HEIC photos are converted to JPG automatically. • Sign: draw, type or upload your signature and place it. • Annotate, add watermarks and numbering. • Protect: add or remove AES-256 passwords, permanently redact personal data, clean hidden document properties. • Split by person: split bulk documents such as payslips into one file per person by ID number and name, optionally protecting each file with a personal password. • Text recognition (OCR): recognise the text of scanned documents so it can be selected, copied and searched. • Fill in forms, apply a letterhead, export tables to a spreadsheet. • Batch processing and saved workflows: apply the same steps to many files at once; save chains such as "Merge → Compress" and run them from the home page in one click. • Multi-search and privacy scan: search many files for words and personal data and get a report with masked values. TURN WEB PAGES INTO DOCUMENTS • Capture an area, a single element (a table, a box, an image) or the full scrolling page as one image. • Mark it up with pen, highlighter, boxes and arrows; copy it, save it as PNG or turn it into a document in one click. • Start from the right-click menu, the toolbar or Alt+Shift+S. EASY TO USE • Drop a file anywhere or paste it with Ctrl+V; the right tool is suggested. • Open from the address bar: type "pdfce", press Space and enter the tool's name. • Side panel: open the tools next to the page you are browsing. • Page button (optional): on the sites you choose, drag a file or an image onto the button to send it straight to PDF'ce. • Large PDF suggestion (optional): offers to compress when you download a PDF over 20 MB. • Paste or drag web-mail attachments directly; right-click > "Open with PDF'ce". • Redesigned Settings page, light and dark themes, accent colours, favourite tools; English, Turkish and Spanish interface. PRIVACY Your personal data is never collected, uploaded, sold or shared. Your preferences and history stay in this browser and can be deleted at any time.
