Password-use

Short description (<=132 chars): Fully offline deterministic password generator for Chrome, consistent with Password-use CLI and never uploads your secrets. Detailed description: Password-use is a fully offline deterministic password generator for Chrome. You only need to remember your master password and mnemonic. For each account entry, Password-use deterministically derives the same password from local encrypted data, with no cloud sync and no remote API calls. This extension uses the same algorithm as the Password-use CLI, so generated results stay consistent across environments when inputs match. Highlights: Fully offline by design, no server dependency Deterministic password generation (same input -> same output) Uses cryptocurrency-grade encryption technology Multiple strength modes and configurable length Sequence rotation support for password updates Local-only encrypted storage with master password protection Multilingual interface (English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, Portuguese) Permissions and privacy note: Required permission: storage (used only for local encrypted data) No browsing history access No remote code execution No telemetry or analytics upload
