About Pagefit — PDF Preview for Notion
See how your Notion page will look as a PDF — page by page, right next to Notion.
Exporting from Notion to PDF often splits tables across pages, leaves headings stranded at the bottom of a page, and gives you no way to choose where pages break. Pagefit shows a preview identical to the PDF in a side panel next to Notion, lets you fix it there, and saves exactly what you see.
What you can do
• Page-by-page preview: the preview and the PDF come from the same layout, so what you see is what you save
• Page breaks: Page break before, Keep together, Keep row together for tables
• Sizing: image size and alignment, table width, drag column widths and row heights
• Replace images: swap in a file from your computer, for an image that couldn't be fetched or one you want to change (your Notion page stays unchanged)
• Clean up: delete blocks such as empty lines (your Notion page stays unchanged)
• Notion elements: files, embeds and YouTube videos as cards, every tab expanded, and database table views as tables with the rows shown in Notion
• Document settings: paper (A3, A4, A5, B4, B5, Letter), orientation, margin, scale, footer (document title, page number)
• Undo and redo
• Fonts are embedded in the PDF, so Korean and other text never breaks
How to use
1. Open a Notion page and click the Pagefit button in the toolbar.
2. Press [Load page] to see the preview.
3. Right-click blocks to adjust them, then press [Save PDF].
Privacy
Page content and edits stay in your browser on this computer and are never sent to any server. Pagefit has no server. To improve the product, it sends anonymous usage statistics (such as which features were used) to Google Analytics. They never include page content, and you can turn them off in Settings.
Good to know
• Of database views, only table views are included. Other views such as boards, uploaded videos and audio, and buttons can't be placed in a PDF, so they're shown as placeholders.
• Built and tested on Chrome for macOS.
• Pagefit is an independent product, not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.
