Outlook Mass Mailer

Mass Mailer for Outlook.com lets you send personalized emails to a list of contacts in minutes — directly from your Outlook inbox. Instead of copying and pasting the same email over and over, you write one template, paste your contact list, and Mass Mailer automatically personalizes and sends each email individually. How it works: Paste your contact list — CSV format or plain email addresses Write your email template using {{placeholders}} like {{name}}, {{company}}, or {{role}} Preview every personalized email before anything is sent Send one at a time or all at once with a single click Key features: Works directly inside Outlook.com — no external tools or third-party services Supports CSV uploads with custom fields for deep personalization Auto-extracts a name from the email address when no name is provided Preview each email individually before sending Live contact counter and placeholder detection as you type Drafts auto-saved so your work is never lost Perfect for: Monthly newsletters, client outreach, team announcements, follow-up campaigns, and any situation where you need to send the same message to many people — personalized for each one. No subscriptions. No data collection. Everything runs locally in your browser.
