Optexity Health

Connect your eClinicalWorks workflow to Optexity Health. Optexity Health opens a side panel beside your chart, reads the account number from supported eClinicalWorks patient headers, and looks for the matching patient in your selected Optexity Health organization. Review the matching patient's name and date of birth, then open their Optexity Health workspace with one click. Features • Automatic account-number lookup on supported eClinicalWorks charts. • A patient card with name, date of birth, and account number. • One-click access to the matching patient in Optexity Health. • Check this page to read the current chart again. • Manual account-number entry when the chart number is unavailable. Requires an Optexity Health account and authorized access to your organization's patient records. Sign in through the Optexity Health website, including any required two-factor authentication. The extension reuses that session and follows the organization selected on the website. Automatic chart reading supports ecwcloud.com and eclinicalworks.com. The extension reads account numbers from specific patient-header elements; it does not upload the full eClinicalWorks page. Account numbers are sent to the Optexity Health API for authenticated lookup. The website session token and selected organization are cached locally to support this workflow.
