The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About OpenMode

OpenMode gives you precise control over how links open — on a per-site basis. Most websites decide for you whether links open in the same tab or a new one. That creates interruptions and extra clicks. With OpenMode, you choose the behavior for each site: BG: opens links in a background tab (stay on current page) FG: opens links in a foreground tab (switch to new tab) OFF: normal browser behavior Benefits: Stay focused while researching or reading documentation Reduce tab clutter on sites that open too many tabs Get consistent navigation in dashboards, admin panels, and work tools Save repetitive micro-decisions (like constant Cmd/Ctrl+click) Toggle the extension globally on/off without losing site rules Default behavior remains normal browsing. You only enable rules for the sites you choose.
