Say your opening statement once — then play it with one click on every call. OpenLine lets you record short voice messages and play them straight into a call that runs in your browser. The person on the other end hears the message as if you were speaking. It is made for call center agents and anyone who repeats the same lines on calls. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Record messages with your own voice, or import MP3 / WAV / M4A files • Play a message into the live call with one click; stop it any time • Keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+1/2/3 play your top messages, even while you work in another window • Keep talking while a message plays — your microphone is mixed in (optional) • Preview a message in your own headset before using it • Floating window on your call page, or open it in its own window on a second screen • Three loudness levels, so messages are clear on the other end • Rename and reorder messages; see when each one was last played TYPICAL MESSAGES • Opening statements and greetings • Recording / privacy disclosures • "Please hold, one moment" • Closing and thank-you messages HOW IT WORKS OpenLine does not install a virtual microphone and does not change your sound settings. Only while a message plays, it switches the call's outgoing audio to "your mic + the message", then switches your normal microphone back the moment the message ends. WORKS WITH Browser-based calling (WebRTC) — most web softphones and contact-center agent desktops, and web meeting apps that run in a Chrome tab. Does NOT work with desktop phone apps, calls routed to a physical phone, or remote-desktop (Citrix/VDI) setups.
