The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Open Plex as Tab

Plex Classic ERP by Rockwell Automation opens all its windows as popups. This causes a lot of confusion when opening multiple pages within the ERP application. Plex ERP had a previous extension that opened all the windows as a tab on the currently opened window but they discontinued support. This extension automatically makes Plex Windows open as a tab on the currently active window.
