Open Labor Project — Shop Widget

Free labor times, torque specs and fluid capacities for cars and trucks, floating on top of whatever page you are working in. Type the year, make and model. Get repair labor hours, torque specs in lb-ft or Nm, and fluid types with capacities, for the exact engine and drivetrain. Filter by job ("brakes", "water pump") to go straight to what you need. Detach the panel and it floats over your shop management software, a parts site, or an estimate, so you never switch tabs to look something up. Built for independent shops, mobile mechanics and serious DIYers. Coverage runs from 1955 classics to current models. Free: no account, no login, no ads. The data comes from the Open Labor Project, a free community repair database at openlaborproject.com. SOLO: QUOTES AT YOUR SHOP RATE Set your labor rate and every labor time shows its price. Add jobs to a quote in one click, type in parts with part numbers and prices, add parts tax, and get a total. Export the quote as CSV (opens in Excel, Google Sheets and most estimate importers), JSON, plain text, or print it and save as PDF with your shop name, logo, address and phone at the top. Solo also builds a service parts list and sends it to the parts store of your choice. Solo is $20 a month or $200 a year, with a 7-day free trial. Your shop details and quotes stay on your computer.
