Automatically opens the first video from a YouTube search. How to use it: 1. Perform a YouTube search, for example: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=your+search 2. Add &openFirstVideo=true to the end of the URL. 3. The extension detects the parameter and takes you directly to the first video in the results. Without that parameter, YouTube works normally.
