Only OneTab

Only OneTab helps you automatically clean up duplicate tabs and keep your tab bar organized. 💪 How It Works • Instant Switch: When you open (or navigate to) a page with the same URL as an existing tab in the current window, Only OneTab instantly activates the original tab. • Smart Notification: A toast notification appears in the corner: "Duplicate tab detected. The new tab will close automatically after idling." • 5-Second Buffer: The new tab stays for a 5-second buffer: if you do nothing, it fades out and closes automatically; if you click the new tab within 5 seconds, it will be kept—perfect for when you need to compare two identical pages. ⚡️ Key Features • One-Click Toggle: Easily enable or disable the extension right from the toolbar icon. • Per-Window Scope: Operates only within the current window without interfering with other windows. • Smart URL Matching: Ignores case sensitivity and trailing slashes; pages with different query parameters or hash anchors (#) are not mistakenly treated as duplicates. • 100% Privacy: No data collection. All processing is done locally within your browser.
