The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Ohvii - Make an Offer Without an Agent (Beta)
Ohvii helps self-represented California home buyers start an offer from the listing they are already viewing.
On supported Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com listing-detail pages, the extension:
• recognizes that the current page is a California home listing;
• shows a short offer-readiness checklist;
• explains exactly what information will be sent; and
• opens Ohvii with that listing preloaded only after you choose “Continue with this listing.”
The extension checks the current page’s web address on your device. It does not read listing-page content, transmit URLs in the background, track browsing across sites, display ads, or sell data. When you explicitly continue, the selected listing URL is sent securely to ohvii.com so the requested offer flow can open with that home preloaded.
Ohvii then helps you choose terms, prepare and review a California purchase offer, sign the packet, send it to the listing side, and track replies and deadlines. You remain responsible for every decision and approval. Ohvii is software, not a real estate broker, agent, attorney, lender, escrow holder, title company, inspector, appraiser, or tax advisor.
Beta availability: California listings only. Ohvii is free during beta.
Ohvii is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, or their owners. Those names are used only to identify compatible listing websites.
