NPv.ProxySwitcher

NPv.ProxySwitcher lets you route selected websites through user-configured proxy servers while keeping all unmatched traffic direct. Create proxy profiles, assign them to specific domains, and switch routing on or off without changing your browser-wide proxy setup manually. The extension is designed for simple per-site proxy routing. It does not provide proxy servers itself and does not inspect or modify website content.
