Notifire — 8x8 Supervisor Alerts

Notifire helps supervisors monitor an open 8x8 Supervisor Workspace dashboard while working in other browser tabs. Features include configurable activity-duration thresholds, missed-call alerts based on Rejected timeout counts, queue-wait alerts, custom sounds, agent exclusions, pause and mute controls, and notification images that can be copied to the clipboard. Alerts escalate from yellow to orange to red at one-minute intervals. Supervisors can acknowledge alerts using the checkmark control. Keep the dashboard open and logged in, with the relevant columns visible. Monitoring depends on the dashboard continuing to update; estimated or stale readings are identified. Settings and dashboard readings are processed locally. No 8x8 API credentials are required. Notifire is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by 8x8.
