The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Notes On Anything (NOA)

NOA lets you leave notes directly on any web page, anchored to the exact spot. Share a link and others land right there, no context lost, no explanation needed. Drop notes anywhere, organize them by dragging, push them into Jira or Linear as tasks, and discuss in threads, all without leaving the page. A central dashboard keeps everything searchable across projects. If you do a lot of research, QA, or collaborative work on the web, NOA is the missing layer between what you're looking at and what needs to happen next.
