The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Noted.
Remembering people is a practice, not a database.
Noted keeps private notes on the people you meet: their kids' names, where you met, what they're working toward. Next time you see them, your notes are right there.
WHERE YOUR NOTES SHOW UP
- LinkedIn: open anyone's profile and click the Noted button. Your notes are one click away.
- Gmail (optional): a badge appears next to people you have notes on, and one click opens your notes beside the email.
- Google Calendar (optional): guests you know get a badge, and after a meeting Noted asks what you want to remember.
- The web app (app.withnoted.com): everyone in one place, with search, groups, and people who aren't on LinkedIn.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
- You write every note in your own words. Noted never writes notes or messages for you.
- You add people as you meet them. No importing your whole network.
- Each note shows its age, so you know what's worth re-checking.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Only you can see your notes. Nobody is notified, and your data is never sold.
- In Gmail and Calendar, Noted only uses names and email addresses on the open page to find your people. Nothing from your emails or events is saved or sent.
- Your notes are yours: export them as CSV or JSON, or delete your account, anytime.
Free. Works in Chrome on your computer.
