About Noden Vault
Noden Vault fills your logins from the Noden password manager running on your
own Mac.
Your passwords never leave your computer. There is no account to create, no
server to trust and no sync to configure. The extension talks to the Noden app
on your Mac directly; nothing is sent anywhere.
What it does
• Finds the saved entry for the site you are on and fills it with one click
• Shows matching entries under the login field as you click into it
• Fills two factor codes on the second screen, freshly generated each time
• Offers to save a new login after you sign in to a site that is not in your
vault yet
• Generates strong passwords without leaving the page
• Follows the theme of your Noden app, or the browser theme if you prefer
How it works
The vault lives in Noden on your Mac. When you ask the extension to fill a
form, Noden checks that the request really comes from your browser, asks you to
confirm with Touch ID or your password, and only then hands over the entry.
Copying a password keeps it out of the browser entirely, because Noden puts it
on the clipboard itself.
