The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About No One Should Pay To Work
No one should pay to do volunteering work. If you are using Worldpackers.com to volunteer, use this extension so you can tell, in the search opportunities page, what listings demand to pay an extra fee and which ones don't.
Version 1.3 will show the extra fee tag in all the languages Worldpackers support.
