About No More Reassurance

.A Chrome Extension helping OCD sufferers avoid reassurance seeking online OCD Sufferers tend to look for reassurance online - in articles, youtube videos, forums etc. This kind of reassurance seeking is a "compulsion", and it stands in your way of getting better. The Extension will let you choose the websites and phrases that you tend to use when you are looking for reassurance online. A pop-up message will appear, encouraging you to avoid reassurance, and give you 30 seconds to rethink if you want to visit the website or not.
