No Auto Scroll for ChatGPT

When you’re still reading the current answer but need to send a follow-up, ChatGPT jumps to the bottom and interrupts your view. This extension prevents auto-scrolling, so you can finish reading first. When ready, click the native “Scroll to bottom” button to jump.
