The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Niekie: Casino Safety Score
Niekie rates offshore online casinos on whether they actually pay people, and
this extension puts that rating one click away.
Type an operator's name and you get its score, what its licence actually
covers, and what the payout evidence shows. Every figure comes from the same
public API the website uses, so the extension can never show you a number the
site does not.
WHAT THE SCORE IS BUILT FROM
Licence status, checked against the regulator rather than the operator's own
footer. Sanctions and ownership screening. Domain and corporate records.
Player complaints, and how they were resolved. Payout reports, weighted by
evidence rather than by volume.
Scores are shown out of what could actually be measured, not always out of
100. An operator we know little about gets a smaller denominator, not a
confident low score. Every rating has a published audit hash, so you can check
that the number you are reading is the number we computed.
WHAT ELSE IS IN THE POPUP
Read the terms. Paste an offer and the extension works out what the wagering
requirement really costs, what that requirement applies to, whether a win cap
quietly caps it, and how game weighting changes the arithmetic.
Compare two operators side by side.
Search what players have reported about an operator.
Work out what is owed on a win, US and Europe.
FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO STOP
Block roughly 4,900 gambling domains across the browser, held to your account
so reinstalling does not quietly clear it.
It is a wall, not a lock. An extension can be removed, and removing it lifts
the block. For something an operator is obliged to honour, use GamStop or your
state's self-exclusion programme. The extension says so in the same place it
offers the block.
WHAT THIS EXTENSION DOES NOT DO
It does not read the page you are on. It has no access to gambling sites and
no permission to look at your tabs. You tell it which operator you mean.
It cannot see your balance, your deposits or your bet history. It does not
track you across the web.
It takes no money from any operator to change a score, and it never has.
WHO PAYS FOR IT
Free, no paid tier, no advertising inside the extension. Niekie earns
affiliate commission from some of the operators it rates. That is disclosed on
every page where it applies and at niekie.app/how-we-score. The scoring code
cannot read which operators pay: 21 of the 30 rated operators have a
commercial link, and 15 of those 21 rank below an operator we earn nothing
from.
Not affiliated with any casino, regulator or payment provider. 18+, and where
you are, possibly older.
