Needle for YouTube: Channel Search, Watch History Search & Filters

Previously it only made channel searching easier. Now it makes all of YouTube search and your history a much more personal experience. YouTube's search doesn't know what you've watched, can't filter by length or views, and channel search only matches titles. Needle fixes that, right inside YouTube's search bar. IN THE SEARCH BAR - Your Watch Later, likes and history show up as you type - Type filters: <20m, >100k, unwatched, date:week, @channel - in:playlists searches every playlist you've saved - is:fresh hides what you've already been shown - Follow a search, mute a channel, see what you've watched on every thumbnail SEARCH A CHANNEL Press the needle button on any channel's Videos tab. It reads every upload, not just what's loaded. - Filter by length, views, date and keyword - Hide what you finished, or find what you abandoned - Pick the minutes you have and see only what fits YOUR HISTORY AND WATCH LATER - Everything you started and never finished - Filter by channel, length, views or when you watched it - Find that video you know you watched, without scrolling ANY PLAYLIST AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS - Search and filter any playlist, yours or anyone's, all of it - Your subscriptions, unwatched and under 20 minutes - Dim or hide the videos you've already watched on Home and Subscriptions CLEAN UP, PLAY, SHARE - Clean up Watch Later and your own playlists, unlike in bulk, and clear out deleted videos, with undo and an archive to put things back - Play what you filtered, in order, or copy the links for NotebookLM - Share a filter as a link: it opens the same list with the same filters for anyone with Needle - Keyboard: / to search, j and k to move, x to pick INSIGHTS - A channel's best-performing video lengths and years - Compare two channels side by side - A watchlist that spots videos beating their channel's usual views No sign-in, no account, nothing sent anywhere.
