About NeatChats – Folders for ChatGPT

NeatChats adds folders, pins and search to the ChatGPT sidebar, so long chat lists stay tidy. What it does: - Folders above your chat history, with a count and expand/collapse. - Pin the chats you come back to. Pinned always sits first. - Search your chats by title as you type. Pro can also search inside chat content. - Add any chat to a folder from a small "+" button on its row. - Backup and restore your folders as a JSON file. Free: 3 folders, pins and title search. Pro (one payment of $9, no subscription): unlimited folders, subfolders, folder colors, search in chat content, backup and restore. What it does not do: - It never sends your chats, titles or folders anywhere. Everything is stored in your browser (chrome.storage.local). - It does not need an account or a login. - Removing a folder never deletes chats from ChatGPT. Folders are labels on top of your existing history. Pro search in content asks ChatGPT for the text of your own chats, from your own logged-in session, directly on chatgpt.com.
