The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About MyFitnessPal Extension

Save your own custom macros by grams. After install, click on the MyFitnessPal logo (top-right of Chrome or hidden in the puzzle piece icon) and add in your macros by grams then click save. Refresh your food diary if you're already on it and your macros should appear. Your total calorie goals for the day will be updated also. This won't change MFP on your phone app.
