Use the same extension for job applications, rental applications, everyday paperwork, and forms in your existing web-based tools. Personal profile features remain available, with additional client workflows for business accounts. Fill forms and find your information - Get suggestions from your saved profile when you focus a supported form field. - Use “Fill all on this page” for recognized fields, or ask AI Chat to help fill the current form. - Review the AI fill summary and use Undo while the fill session remains available on the page. - Search your saved profile from the popup or side panel without leaving the page you are working on. - Reuse remembered field mappings on return visits to supported sites. - Choose which websites can use Autofill with per-site controls. PDF forms, profile imports, and job tracking - Attach a PDF in side-panel AI Chat to request a filled version using your saved profile, then review and download the result. - For a PDF open in a browser tab, ask AI Chat for help and follow its button to the Fill PDF workspace on my-id.ca. - Import visible LinkedIn profile details into your my-id.ca profile with an explicit action. - Save a job posting to your job search when the job tracker is enabled for your account. Additional tools for business accounts - Start and stop a client-capture session on a web form. The extension records the fields you fill during that session and sends them to your account for client review, reducing the need to enter those details again. - Attach a supported data file alongside a PDF to supply the information used to fill it. Get started 1. Sign in with your my-id.ca account. 2. Enable Autofill for the website you want to use. 3. Choose a field suggestion, fill recognized fields, or open AI Chat for help. 4. Check the filled values before submitting the form. Web-form autofill uses the signed-in account's saved profile. Available features depend on the account and website; compatibility varies by form and internal system. PDF processing takes place through my-id.ca, and support depends on the document and its fields. Review completed forms and PDFs before using them. Your controls and data Autofill is off on new sites until you enable it. On an enabled site, focused-field metadata and the page URL are sent to my-id.ca to find suggestions. Imports, AI requests, PDF processing, and client capture send the information needed for the action you initiate. During client capture, fields you fill are recorded until you stop the session. An account and saved profile information are required for profile-based autofill. The extension cannot fill restricted browser pages such as chrome:// pages.
