Murmur: Capture customer feedback

Turn what customers say anywhere on the web into feedback your team can act on. Murmur for Chrome sends feedback from any page straight into your Murmur workspace. Highlight a post on X, LinkedIn or Reddit, a support conversation, a review or an email, then right-click and choose Send to Murmur. What it does • Sends the highlighted text, the page link and the page title to your Murmur Autopilot inbox • Fills in the customer's name from the page where it can, and lets you add their email and company • Autopilot pulls out each feature request or problem and matches it to ideas you already track • Nothing is public until you accept it in Murmur How to connect 1. In Murmur, open Settings, then Capture, and click Connect Chrome extension 2. Paste the connection code into the extension once 3. Highlight feedback on any page, right-click, and choose Send to Murmur (or press Alt+Shift+M) Privacy The extension only reads a page when you use it, and only sends data to your own Murmur workspace when you press Send.
