Core Functionality: - Automated Navigation: Automatically opens the Munis 'AR Bill Inquiry' page directly from the collection app. - Smart Form Filling: Clicks the 'Advanced Search' button and automatically populates the 'Bill Year' and 'Bill Number' fields using stable data-attribute selectors. - Session Persistence: Securely passes search parameters across authentication redirects (Okta/SSO) using local storage to ensure data isn't lost during login.
