Mindful X Blocker

MindfulX Blocker helps you use X (Twitter) intentionally by introducing a mindful pause before each visit. HOW IT WORKS Before accessing X/Twitter, you'll: • State your purpose - Why do you need access? • Set a time limit - How long will you need? (1-120 minutes) • Choose an alternative activity if you'd prefer (Stretch, breathing exercise, or call your loved ones). The goal is to provide time to rethink and realign before jumping in on the dopamine train. DURING YOUR SESSION • See a gentle timer in the corner • Timer changes color as time runs low • Your stated purpose is remembered WHEN TIME'S UP • Clear notification that your session has ended • Reminder of your original purpose • Option to close X or request 5 more minutes PRIVACY • All data stored locally on your device • No tracking or data collection • No account required • Works completely offline Perfect for anyone wanting to be more intentional with their social media time.
