About Merge PDF Offline - Split, Reorder & Rotate Pages, No Upload
Merge PDF files offline: combine, split, reorder and rotate pages without uploading them. Everything runs on your device, and no file ever leaves your browser.
Most online PDF tools ask you to upload your contracts, scans and invoices to someone else's server. Local PDF Merge does the same jobs inside a Chrome tab instead. There is no account, no sign-in, no server and no tracking. The extension asks for no permissions and makes no network requests, and it keeps working with Wi-Fi turned off.
WHAT IT DOES
Merge several PDFs into one. Drag the pages into the order you want, then download one file.
Split a PDF by page range, like 1-3,7,9-, or every N pages. Each part downloads on its own.
Rotate or delete single pages before you save, with a thumbnail of every page.
Undo and Redo keep every step.
Reorder from the keyboard too: focus a page and press Alt with an arrow key.
BUILT FOR REAL FILES
Large documents work: a 500 page PDF loads in about two seconds.
A file that needs a password to open, or a damaged file, gets a clear message, and your other files still load. Files that only restrict printing or copying open normally.
Page sizes and rotation are kept exactly as they were.
Bookmarks and form fields are not kept in the merged file.
PRIVACY
Your files are read, changed and saved only in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, stored or logged anywhere.
Free, with no limits and no account.
