The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About MarkCrate: Cross-browser URL Manager
MarkCrate is a standalone URL manager for organizing links across browsers.
Import browser bookmarks into a separate MarkCrate library, then search, open, organize, export, and back up your URLs in one place.
MarkCrate never modifies your browser's native bookmarks. Before import, it shows a preview. After confirmation, bookmark information is copied into the local MarkCrate library only. Organizing, deleting, moving, favoriting, and exporting happen inside MarkCrate and never create, move, update, or delete native browser bookmarks.
Key features:
• A focused new tab for searching and opening frequently used URLs.
• Save the current page, add URLs manually, or save links from the context menu.
• Organize URLs with folders, quick access, and drag-and-drop ordering.
• Read-only browser bookmark import with a confirmation preview.
• Export standard bookmarks HTML or a MarkCrate JSON backup.
• Find duplicate URLs and restore deleted items from Trash.
• Optional email sign-in for automatic MarkCrate library sync across browsers.
Without signing in, data stays in the current browser. Signing in syncs only the MarkCrate URL library; it never takes over native browser bookmarks.
