The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Make Social Media Boring
Rather than block or limit access to social websites, this extension limits what you see on them by removing the most stimulating content.
It doesn’t try to force anyone stuck in an addictive cycle to go cold turkey and stop opening those pages altogether which can be an unrealistic goal. It lets you have the satisfaction of opening the fridge, but removes the sugary sweets.
Toggle what gets dulled in the popup. Settings sync with Chrome.
