Mailbind - Bulk Email Exporter for Proton Mail

Bulk export your Proton Mail emails and conversations with Mailbind. Mailbind is a bulk email exporter for Proton Mail that lets you save your mail locally in portable, readable formats. Export an entire conversation at once, or bulk export sent and received emails with a selected contact. • Bulk export emails exchanged with a selected contact. • Export complete Proton Mail conversations. • Download as PDF, plain text, or a ZIP containing PDF, text, HTML, and attachments. • Remove verified quoted replies while preserving every actual message. • Protect exports with password-encrypted ZIP files. • Automatically download exports when processing finishes. • Reopen protected exports later through Mailbind. • Choose a light or dark interface. Mailbind processes exports locally on your device. Your exported mail is not uploaded to Mailbind, and Mailbind has no analytics. PDFs use a simplified reading layout. Attachments are saved separately inside ZIP exports. Some scripts and emoji appear as code-point annotations in PDFs; text files preserve their original characters. Unverified quoted history and original forwards are retained. Password protection is enabled by default. Save your password separately—Mailbind cannot recover it. Opening messages during an export may mark them as read. Independent extension. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Proton AG. Developed by Keystone Digital Systems.
