LongWebPage Capture solves one problem: when a web page is taller than your screen, an ordinary screenshot only captures the part that fits. To keep the rest you have to capture
screen after screen and stitch them yourself — slow, and easy to get wrong with long documents, invoices, chat logs or forum threads.
Install it, click the toolbar icon and choose "capture full page". The extension scrolls the current tab in steps, captures each screen and stitches the frames into one long image on
your own device. Export it as PNG, JPEG or PDF straight to your downloads folder.
WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR
- Archiving articles, tutorials, policies and contracts before they change or disappear
- Saving invoices, order confirmations and statements for expense reports or reconciliation
- Keeping chat logs, support conversations and long forum threads
- Design review: send one image of a whole page instead of a stack of screenshots
- Turning very long pages into a PDF for archiving or printing
WHY IT'S WORTH INSTALLING
- Seamless stitching: frames are aligned automatically, so the long image has no gaps, offsets or repeated page headers (a sticky-header toggle hides the fixed header entirely)
- Handles awkward pages: inner scrolling containers (admin dashboards), lazy-loaded images and smooth scrolling
- High-definition mode captures lossless PNG frames, so text stays sharp when the long image is zoomed in
- Three export formats: PNG (lossless), JPEG (smaller) and PDF (auto-paginated to A4, or one extra-long single page for very tall pages)
- Restores the page to its original scroll position when the capture finishes
- Everything is processed locally: screenshots, page content and URLs never leave your computer. No analytics, no tracking, no ads
FREE VS FULL VERSION
Capturing the visible area is free, unlimited and has no time limit. Full-page capture and PDF export need a yearly license: US$1.50 (one-time payment), which can be activated in up
to 5 browsers — each browser installation counts as one. To move to another browser or computer, deactivate the old installation first, then activate the same key again. When the year
ends the extension returns to the free tier; files you have already exported are unaffected.
PRIVACY
Screenshots, page content and URLs are processed entirely on your device. The only network request is license verification, which sends just the license key you typed plus a randomly
generated local instance id — never any page content. Privacy policy: https://juhuichou.com/privacy.html
Note: the extension's user interface is in Chinese. Desktop browsers on Windows, macOS and Linux are supported (a recent version is required).
