LongCapture turns a long web page into one clean screenshot — then lets you number steps, add arrows, blur private details, and copy or download it in seconds. Everything runs on your device: no account, no uploads. You can also right-click any page or click the LongCapture icon. How to use: 1. Open a normal web page 2. Press a shortcut, right-click the page, or click the LongCapture icon 3. Choose Full page, Visible area, or Selection 4. Annotate in the editor, then copy or download. Direct download can be enabled in Settings. Permissions: - activeTab and scripting: measure, scroll, and capture only the tab where you invoke LongCapture - storage and unlimitedStorage: save settings and temporarily pass long images to the local editor - offscreen: stitch and export images locally with Canvas - contextMenus and notifications: right-click shortcuts and completion feedback - clipboardWrite: copy the edited image LongCapture requests no broad host access and does not collect or upload page content, screenshots, browsing history, or personal information. About feedback: when a capture fails, the last 5 errors are stored on your device (timestamp, mode, error code, and site hostname — never full URLs or page content) so you can attach them to a report. Ticking "Include diagnostics" also attaches the extension version, browser and OS, screen size and pixel ratio, interface language, and your capture/export settings — no page content, screenshots, or full URLs. The whole draft is shown to you first under Settings > Feedback, where you can also clear the log, and reporting only opens a mail draft that you choose whether to send.
