ListToLead helps real estate agents, landlords, and property managers post listings to Marketplace without manually retyping listing details — and then replies to buyer messages for you, so no lead goes cold. HOW IT WORKS — POSTING When you open a listing page in Realm, ListToLead adds a small widget to the page. It first verifies access, then reads the listing's price, address, features, amenities, and photos directly from the page. Once ready, the widget shows two buttons — nothing is posted or stored until you click one: Post to Marketplace — fills in the Marketplace listing form for your review before you publish Post & Publish to Marketplace — fills in the form and publishes the listing in one step No listing is transferred to Marketplace, and no listing data is stored, until you click one of these buttons. HOW IT WORKS — AI AUTO-REPLY (OPTIONAL) AI auto-reply is turned off by default. When you enable it, ListToLead reads your Marketplace conversations and drafts a reply to each buyer using your listing's details. You choose how it works: Review mode — you approve each drafted reply before it sends Auto mode — replies are sent automatically after a short, adjustable delay It reads only Marketplace listing conversations — never your personal or non-Marketplace chats. Every conversation is saved to your dashboard as a lead, so all of your buyers live in one place. You can switch modes or turn messaging off entirely at any time. YOUR DATA With your consent, the listing details ListToLead extracts (price, address, features, photos) are stored on your ListToLead account so you can track each listing and see the leads associated with it. When you enable AI auto-reply, your Marketplace conversation content (buyer name and messages) is also stored as a lead and processed by an AI model hosted on Amazon Web Services within Canada to draft your replies — never used to train third-party AI models or shared for advertising.
