About Liquid Signal (d1)

Six thousand comments under a video, and you want to know one thing: which phone do people think has the better camera? Is the price putting them off? What are they asking for next? Liquid Signal answers that from Chrome's side panel. Ask a question, give the answer choices, and it reads a sample of the video's public comments and shows you how the audience actually answered. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open any public YouTube video and click the Liquid Signal icon. The side panel opens next to the video. 2. Pick one of three suggested questions (written from the video's title and description) or write your own, with 2 to 6 answer choices. 3. Choose the decision model, Liquid d1 or Jev, and how many of the newest comments to sample. 4. Click "Ask this audience". Liquid Signal imports the comments, classifies each one against your choices, and writes a short explanation. WHAT YOU GET - The audience split: what share of clear opinions picked each answer - A plain-language summary of the result - Comments that don't take a side are set aside, so they don't skew the split - Purchase intent and the most common purchase barrier (price, trust, fit and more) - The comments behind the answer, each with a confidence score - A full report: search every comment and filter by objections, high intent or "needs review" - Export to CSV or JSON WHO IT'S FOR Creators checking what their audience wants next. Marketers and product teams reading reactions to a launch or a competitor. Researchers who want a structured read of a discussion instead of scrolling. PRIVACY AND CONTROL - AI processing is off until you click "Allow AI processing", and you can pause it at any time. Pausing cancels requests already running. - The extension asks for three permissions only: tabs, storage and side panel. It doesn't read or change the YouTube page; it only uses the open video's address and title. - The video's address and details, your question and choices, and the sampled public comments are sent to our backend. From there they go to the AI providers: Liquid AI or TypeSafe (Jev) to classify comments, and OpenAI to suggest questions and write the summary. API keys stay on our server, never in the extension. - Reports are saved only in your Chrome profile and are cleared after 30 days. - Don't put private or sensitive information in your questions. Text isn't automatically redacted. GOOD TO KNOW - No account or API key needed during the current demo. - You need an internet connection and a public YouTube video with comments turned on. - Large samples take longer, and processing time depends on the hosting service and the AI providers. Results show what the sampled commenters said. They aren't verified facts or the views of every viewer.
