LinkedIn Focus

Stop doom-scrolling LinkedIn. Keep everything you actually use it for. LinkedIn Focus quietly replaces the endless home feed with a calm, distraction-free screen the moment you land on it — no feed content ever loads behind it, so there's nothing to half-read, autoplay, or get pulled into. Everything else on LinkedIn works exactly as before: 💬 Messages — fully usable, one click away 💼 Jobs — fully usable, one click away 🔍 Profiles, search, notifications, and posting — untouched How it works The moment you open your feed, it's replaced with a focus screen and a short quote about attention and discipline. A save streak tracks how many times today (and this week) you've caught yourself and closed the feed — so you can watch the habit build. Genuinely need the feed for something specific? A single button unlocks it for 5 minutes, then it locks again automatically. No settings menu, no nagging, no guilt trip — just friction where you need it and none where you don't. Why it's different No tracking, no accounts, no network requests. Everything (streaks, unlock timer) is stored locally in your browser. Doesn't touch or hide any other part of LinkedIn — this isn't a blunt site blocker, it's a scalpel aimed at exactly one page. Built for people who need LinkedIn for messaging and job hunting but don't want to hand over their attention to the feed algorithm. Permissions LinkedIn Focus only runs on linkedin.com, injects no analytics, and makes no external network calls.
