LeadBridge — LinkedIn to Dolibarr CRM A free tool by Aplose LeadBridge is a Chrome extension that helps you manually transfer information from a LinkedIn profile you are viewing to your Dolibarr CRM, without tedious re-entry. The extension is aimed at salespeople, recruiters, consultants, and SMBs who use Dolibarr to manage their prospects and contacts, whether on a self-hosted instance or one hosted with Ma Gestion Cloud (MGC). ──────────────────────────── HOW IT WORKS IN BRIEF ──────────────────────────── 1. Configure your Dolibarr instance URL and a REST API key (built-in wizard). 2. Open a LinkedIn profile (/in/…). 3. Click "Add to CRM" on the page, or open the LeadBridge side panel. 4. Review and complete the extracted fields (name, job title, company, location, email, phone, website). 5. Create or update the contact and associated third party in Dolibarr with one click. LeadBridge does not browse LinkedIn automatically: each import is triggered by you, on the profile you have opened. ──────────────────────────── KEY FEATURES ──────────────────────────── • Assisted extraction from the LinkedIn profile page First name, last name, job title, company (when shown on the profile), location, LinkedIn URL, and visible contact details (email, phone, website depending on what is accessible on the profile). • Import to Dolibarr via the official REST API Create or update a contact and, if needed, a third party (company). Dolibarr hosting (Ma Gestion Cloud or otherwise) remains a separate service with its own terms and pricing. ──────────────────────────── REQUIRED SETUP ──────────────────────────── • A Dolibarr instance accessible over HTTPS with the REST API module enabled • A Dolibarr user with read/write rights on third parties and contacts (and, recommended, extended third-party access for name search) • An API key (DOLAPIKEY) generated on the user record • "Social networks" module enabled in Dolibarr if you want the LinkedIn URL shown on the contact card (LeadBridge does send the URL; Dolibarr only displays it when this module is active) A wizard in the extension Options explains each step in detail. ──────────────────────────── DATA AND PRIVACY ──────────────────────────── LeadBridge is designed to limit exposure of your secrets: • The Dolibarr API key is stored only locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local). It is never injected into web pages or sent to third-party servers. • Calls to the Dolibarr API are made from the extension service worker, directly to your instance. • Extracted profile data is kept locally until you validate it, then sent only to your Dolibarr when you confirm the import. • Aplose does not collect your leads, API keys, or LinkedIn content on its own servers through this extension. You remain responsible for processing personal data imported into your CRM (legal basis, informing data subjects, retention period), in accordance with GDPR and your internal policy. ──────────────────────────── PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED ──────────────────────────── The extension requests only the permissions needed for its operation: • linkedin.com — Display the import button and read information visible on the profile page you are viewing. • lnkd.in — Resolve short LinkedIn links to the full profile URL. • ma-gestion-cloud.fr — Facilitate MGC signup and detection of your hosted instance URL. • Optional host access (https://*/*) — Requested when you save your Dolibarr URL, so the extension can call your REST API. You explicitly choose your domain; LeadBridge does not connect to arbitrary services without your action. • storage — Remember your settings, API key (local), history, and current import state. • sidePanel — Display the LeadBridge interface in the Chrome side panel. • activeTab / scripting / tabs — Open tabs (Dolibarr documentation, MGC signup) and read the API key from an open Dolibarr tab, at your request. • clipboardRead — Paste the API key from the clipboard when you click "Paste" in Options. ──────────────────────────── LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBLE USE ──────────────────────────── • LeadBridge reads information displayed on LinkedIn profiles you open. Field availability (email, phone, company) depends on the profile and your LinkedIn access rights. • The extension is not affiliated with, approved by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Dolibarr.
