KvL Quote Buddy for Courier Exchange

KvL Quote Buddy helps Courier Exchange dispatchers complete quote forms quickly and consistently using saved, colour-coded driver profiles. Open a Courier Exchange quote and select a driver beside the quote window. Quote Buddy can: • select the driver’s saved vehicle registration; • select the saved “Will Pick Up Within” time when that field is available; • insert predefined quote notes; • estimate distance to pickup, job distance and total distance on supported plans; • keep one driver as the default for the current browser tab; • hide, colour-code and arrange driver profiles; • keep the driver panel visible or show it only while quoting. If a saved registration is unavailable, Quote Buddy selects “Choose vehicle later” when Courier Exchange provides that option. Distance estimates use UK full postcodes and outward codes and should always be checked before a quote is submitted. Driver profiles and interface settings are stored locally in Chrome. KvL Software receives only the information needed for licence activation and validation, activated-device management and aggregate usage limits. Quote content, driver notes and complete profiles are not uploaded to KvL Software. The free licence includes up to three driver profiles and five successful quotes per day. Paid licences and optional distance features are available separately from KvL Software. KvL Quote Buddy is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Courier Exchange or Transport Exchange Group. Users remain responsible for checking all quote details before submission.
