KOut puts a floating countdown clock on your Spine HRMS attendance page so you always know exactly when you can leave. HOW IT WORKS KOut reads your In/Out punches from the Spine "My Attendance Report" page and calculates your out time from two rules: • 9 hours total from your first punch-in • 8 hours actually inside the office (breaks excluded) Whichever finishes later is your out time. Every break is counted from your real punches, and the countdown pauses while you are out. FEATURES • Floating round clock with a live reverse countdown and your out time below it • Click to expand a full overview: targets, time inside, breaks and a timeline of your day • Drag it anywhere, dock it to the screen edge, or hide it with Alt+K • Missed punch alerts: two Ins or two Outs in a row, a long time out, or still punched in long after your out time • Monthly review: finds past days that were short on hours, had a missed punch, or were marked absent • Checks whether you already applied leave, OD, a swipe request or Short Time-Off for those days • Short Time-Off planner: suggests the best day to use your monthly 90-minute Short Time-Off and recommends OD for the others • "Leave early" helper shows the time you could leave today using Short Time-Off • Desktop notifications 15 minutes before your out time, when it's time to leave, and for pending attendance fixes before the month closes PRIVACY KOut runs only on your Spine attendance page. All calculations happen in your browser. Your data is never sent to any server other than Spine itself, and nothing is collected, tracked or shared.
