kNexo Jobs fills in job application forms and freelance bid forms for you, using your kNexo Jobs profile. How it works 1. Open an application form — on a company career page or an applicant-tracking system such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable — or a freelance bid form. 2. Click the kNexo Jobs icon. A side panel opens. 3. Press the button. kNexo Jobs reads the form, writes the answers from your profile and resume, and fills the fields in the page, outlined in green. What it fills • Contact details, links, location and work-authorization questions • Dropdowns, radio buttons and searchable selects • Open questions ("Why do you want to join us?") with short answers grounded in your real experience • Cover letters — reusing the one kNexo Jobs already prepared for the job, when there is one • Your resume, attached as a PDF where the form asks for it • Freelance bids: amount, delivery time and proposal You stay in control • It never submits a form. You review every field and press Submit yourself. • It never ticks consent or terms boxes, and never anything that costs money. • Passwords, payment details, ID numbers and CAPTCHAs are left to you. • Undo puts the form back the way it was. • It reads a page only when you press the button.
