About Knackle

Stop writing the same answer twice. Knackle is a private answer bank for Chrome. Save your best replies, FAQs and policies once, then find, copy and paste them in seconds. Press ⌘⇧K (Ctrl+Shift+K on Windows) to open Knackle in the side panel, right beside your email or helpdesk. Search, then drag the answer straight into your reply, or copy and paste it. Then carry on. Organise answers with categories and tags, mark which ones are approved to send, and keep staff-only notes that never get copied out. Everything stays in your browser. There's no account, no cloud and no tracking, and Knackle can't read the websites you visit. Export your library to CSV any time.
