The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About KeySweep
KeySweep blocks your Mac keyboard while you clean it. Macs wake up the moment you press any key, and there's no built-in way to block them. KeySweep gives you that missing option right from Chrome. Open fullscreen cleaning mode, wipe freely, and hold ESC for 3 seconds when you're done.
